Fedor Kolesov (1891–1940),

Soviet statesman and party official, one of the organizers of the struggle for Soviet power in Turkestan. He was the Chairman of the Council of People’s Commissars of the Turkestan Soviet Federative Republic in 1917–1918.

Pyotr Kobozev (1878–1941),

revolutionary, Bolshevik. Since February 1919, he was a member of the Special Temporary Commission of the Central Committee of the Russian Communist Party (Bolsheviks) – RCP(b) and the Council of People’s Commissars of the Russian SFSR for Turkestan Affairs (Turkestan Commission). In July–September 1919, he led the Central Executive Committee of the Turkestan SFR and was a member of the Turkestan regional committee of the RCP(b). He was the chairman of the Turkestan regional committee of the RCP(b) in October-November 1919.
