Fyodor Sergeyev (under the name Artyom) (1883–1921),

Bolshevik, Soviet statesman. He was the Secretary of Trade and Industry of the Ukrainian People’s Republic of Soviets (1917–1918), founder and head of the Donetsk-Krivoy Rog Soviet Republic (1918–1919), Chairman of the Provisional Workers’ and Peasants’ Government of Ukraine (January 1919), Chairman of the All-Ukrainian Central Executive Committee (March 1919), People’s Commissar of Soviet Propaganda of the Ukrainian SSR (1919–1920).
