Evgeni Gegechkori (1881–1954),
one of the leaders of the Georgian Social Democratic Party. Chairman of the Transcaucasian Commissariat in November 1917 – April 1918. In 1918–1921, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Georgian Democratic Republic, in 1921, Minister of Justice as well.

Nikolay (Carlo) Chkheidze (1864–1926),
one of the Georgian Menshevik leaders. In 1917, Chairman of the Petrograd Soviet of Workers’ and Soldiers’ Deputies and the All-Russian Central Executive Committee. In 1918, Chairman of the Transcaucasian Sejm, in 1919–1921, Chairman of the Constituent Assembly of Georgia. In 1919, together with Irakli Tsereteli, he represented Georgia at the Paris (Versailles) Conference.
